Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.
When will you be exchanging or refunding?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
Our team will examine and decide the solution of your case depending on the problems.
Timeframe in which Giftdon accept returns?
Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the date your package is delivered.
Who Is Responsible for Return product?
Giftdon will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive the return product, please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 10 days from the date your package is delivered.
